Signing in to your account
How to reach your spa’s workspace, sign in, and what to do if you are locked out.
Your spa has its own private web address in Lumè, and everyone on your team signs in there. This article covers how to reach it, how to sign in, and what to do if you get stuck.
Your spa's web address
Every spa gets its own subdomain — a web address in the form:
your-spa-name.lumècrm.com
Your owner or whoever set up the account will have shared the exact address. Going to it takes you straight to your spa's sign-in screen. (The main getlumecrm.com site is the public marketing site — you don't sign in there.)
Tip: Bookmark your spa's address the first time you sign in, and open it from the bookmark afterward. That saves you typing it each time and avoids small typos in the address.
Signing in
- Open your spa's web address.
- Enter the email and password you were given.
- Select Sign in.
You'll land on your Dashboard — your home base in the app. From here the left-hand menu takes you everywhere else. See Finding your way around for a tour.
Staying signed in
Lumè keeps you signed in on the same browser and device, so you normally won't have to sign in every day. For security, you'll be signed out automatically after a long period of inactivity, and any time you select Sign out from the bottom of the menu.
If you use a shared front-desk computer, sign out at the end of your shift so the next person signs in as themselves — this keeps the record of who did what accurate.
If you can't sign in
- Wrong email or password — double-check for typos and that Caps Lock is off. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Forgot your password — ask your spa's owner or a manager; they can reset it for you. You can also reach the Lumè team through the in-app support assistant once someone gets you back in.
- The page won't load at all — confirm you're using the correct web address (a single wrong character in the address will fail to load). Try it on your phone to rule out a problem with your computer's network.
What you can see depends on your role
Lumè shows each person the parts of the app their job needs. An owner sees everything; a front-desk team member sees the calendar, clients, and checkout but not billing or payroll. If a menu item you expect is missing, it's almost always a role setting — your owner can adjust it. Roles are explained in Finding your way around.
