LumèDocs

The reports library

Financial, staff, guest, and operations reports — how to read them and export.

Lumè's reports run on live data — the moment an invoice is paid or an appointment changes status, the numbers reflect it, with no overnight refresh to wait on. Find them under Reports in the menu. They're organized into four groups.

Financial

Where the money is. Includes Sales by date range, the Daily close-out for end-of-day reconciliation, AR aging, Revenue by service, Revenue by location, Tax collected, and Revenue by acquisition source (how much new business each channel drives).

Staff

How your team is performing: Revenue by provider, Schedule utilization (how much of each provider's bookable time is booked), No-show rate by provider, New clients by provider, and Repeat rate by provider.

Guests

Who your clients are and how they behave: New vs. returning, Top spenders, Inactive clients (who to win back), a Birthday list, Visit frequency, and Forms outstanding (clients with paperwork still unsigned).

Operations

How the business runs day to day: Appointments by status, No-show rate, Cancellation rate, Booking lead time, Service mix, Busiest hours, and Bookings by acquisition source.

Reading and exporting

Most reports take a date range at the top — set it to the period you care about. Every report can be exported to CSV for your accountant or for deeper analysis in a spreadsheet.

A quick read without leaving the calendar

For an at-a-glance pulse on the current day, the calendar's right-hand rail has a Reports (today) tool: appointment counts by status, where today's bookings came from, your busiest providers, and money collected — derived from the day already on screen.

The financial reports are limited to the roles that handle money — owners, managers, and bookkeepers. Other roles see the operational and staffing reports relevant to their work but not the revenue figures.
