Locations
Add each physical site with its address, hours, and timezone, and set a default.
A location is a physical site your business operates. Even a single-site spa has one, because the calendar, scheduling, and reports all scope to a location, and your business hours and timezone live on it. Find them under Organization → Locations. They're owner-managed.
What a location holds
Each location carries its own:
- Address
- Business hours — the open and close times the calendar grid and online booking are built around
- Timezone — so appointment times are always right for that site
- Phone and email
Adding a location
Select Add location and fill in its name, address, phone, email, timezone, and business hours. Once saved, it becomes a site your team can switch to, with its own calendar and schedule.
The default location
Exactly one location is always the default — the fallback used whenever no specific site is selected. You'll see it marked with a star. If you run a single location, it's simply the default and there's nothing to switch.
Closing a site
Rather than delete a location, deactivate it. Its history stays intact, and it drops off the active list. You can hide or show inactive locations from the toggle at the top of the page.
Adding, editing, and deactivating locations is owner-only.
