Setting up online booking

Turn on your public booking page and control lead time, window, and policy copy.

Online booking is the page your clients use to book themselves, from your Instagram bio, email signature, or a text reply. You configure it under Organization → Online booking. It's owner-only.

Your booking URL

At the top of the page is your booking URL — the public link clients use, in the form …/book/your-spa. A status pill tells you whether it's Live or Paused. Use Copy to grab the link and Preview to open the page exactly as a client sees it. Share that URL anywhere you want bookings to come from.

Availability

This is what clients can and can't do:

  • Accept online bookings — the master switch. On, the page is live; off, the link stops working for clients (your existing appointments are unaffected).
  • Minimum lead time — how soon before a slot a client is allowed to book it. A short lead time gives the front desk a moment to prep; med-spas with consult-required services often set it higher.
  • Booking window — how far into the future the page shows openings. A shorter window means fewer speculative far-out bookings that turn into no-shows.

What clients see

You can add two pieces of copy:

  • A welcome message, shown above your services — a good place for a first-visit offer or a parking note. It's optional; the page works fine without it.
  • Your cancellation policy, shown on the booking page and on the manage-booking page a client reaches from their confirmation. Spell out your notice period and any late-cancel or no-show charges.

The page's logo and color come from your business profile, since they're shared with your sign-in screen — there's a link to edit them.

Make your changes and Save. To control who gets auto-assigned and whether clients pick their provider, those options live alongside your booking and provider setup.
