Packages
Sell reusable pre-paid bundles a client buys once and draws down over several visits.
A package is a pre-paid bundle: a client buys it once and draws down the credits across several visits. They're the classic way to sell a course of treatments — buy six, save on each — and they lock in future visits.
This article covers catalog packages — reusable templates you set up once under Catalog → Packages and sell to any client. If instead you want to build a one-off bundle for a single guest — a bespoke deal that isn't one of your standard offerings — see Custom packages. The two work the same way for the client; the difference is whether it's a reusable template or a one-time package made for one person.
Building a package
Select New package and define:
- Name, SKU, and description.
- The price.
- What the package includes — the services and how many of each (its credits).
- A validity in days, or leave it at zero for no expiration.
- Whether it's active.
The list shows each package's contents, price, the savings versus paying per visit, and its validity, so you can compare what you offer at a glance.
How clients use a package
When a client buys a package, its credits sit on their record. On each later visit you apply a credit at checkout instead of charging again — the booking can even be flagged as covered when you make it. A client's remaining credits appear on their client record under Packages and Wallet, and the checkout screen is where a credit is actually redeemed.
Creating and editing packages is limited to owners and managers.
