Custom packages

A custom package is a one-off bundle you build for a specific guest — priced and dated on the spot — rather than a reusable template from your catalog. Reach for it when a client wants a bespoke deal that isn't one of your standard catalog packages: a tailored series of treatments, a one-time promotion for a VIP, a bundle you negotiated at the chair.

The client experience is identical to a catalog package — they pre-pay and draw down credits over future visits. The only difference is that a custom package is made for one person and isn't saved to your catalog for reuse.

Two ways to build one

From the calendar

The calendar's right-hand rail has a Custom packages tool. It opens a window where you:

1. Search and pick the client the package is for.
2. Compose the package — give it a name, add a row for each service with a quantity (for example 6 × Facial), and set a price and a validity period (how many days the credits stay good). As you build, Lumè shows the savings versus paying for those services à la carte.
3. Save. This takes you straight to checkout to collect payment.

Once the invoice is paid, the package becomes active and its credits land on the client's record.

At checkout

You can also add a custom package to a sale in progress. On an open invoice, use Build a custom package for this customer to add a one-off package right onto the invoice — the same name, price, validity, and service rows — so it's sold alongside whatever else the client is paying for that day.

After it's paid

A custom package behaves exactly like a catalog one from here on: the client's remaining credits show on their client record under Packages and Wallet, and you redeem a credit at checkout on each later visit. If you gave it a validity period, the credits expire when it ends.

Building and selling packages is part of checkout. As with editing prices, some controls are limited to owners and managers.
