Campaigns

A campaign is a one-time send — a holiday promotion, a new-service announcement, a slow-week fill-up. You pick who it goes to and what it says, then send it now or schedule it for later. Find campaigns under Marketing → Campaigns.

Sending a campaign

1. Create a campaign and give it a name.
2. Choose the channel — email or SMS.
3. Pick the audience it goes to.
4. Pick the template for the message.
5. Send it right away, or schedule it for a date and time.

A campaign moves through clear states as it goes out — draft while you're setting it up, scheduled once it's queued, sending as it fires, and sent when it's done — so you always know where it stands. The Marketing home page surfaces anything live or in draft.

Email and SMS today

Email campaigns send normally. SMS sending is still being switched on per account — you can build and schedule an SMS campaign now, but recipients won't receive the text until SMS delivery is enabled for your account. When you open an SMS campaign that isn't ready to deliver yet, Lumè tells you so up front, so nothing goes out silently.
