Business profile

Your business profile holds the account-level details that apply to your whole business, as opposed to the per-site settings (address, hours, phone) that live with each location. Find it under Organization → Business profile. It's owner-only.

Identity

Two things identify your account and can't be changed here:

• Business name — the name that appears on invoices, receipts, and emails.
• Portal URL — the web address your team signs in at.

Both are locked after onboarding because they show up in so many places that renaming them mid-stream would be disruptive. If you genuinely need to change one, contact support and they'll handle it.

Branding

You can set two brand details:

• Primary color — entered as a hex code like #95122C, with a live swatch so you can see it.
• Logo — paste the URL of a hosted PNG or SVG. (Uploading a file directly is on the roadmap; for now it's a link to an image you host.)

These only appear where your customers and staff see your brand — on your public booking page and on your sign-in screen. Inside the workspace, your team uses the standard Lumè interface, so your branding doesn't change how the app looks day to day.

Make your changes and select Save changes (or Reset to undo unsaved edits).
