Memberships

Memberships turn regular clients into recurring revenue: a monthly or annual plan that bundles a set of services and member pricing. Set them up under Catalog → Memberships.

Building a plan

Select New plan and define:

• Name, SKU, and description.
• The billing interval — monthly or annual — and the price.
• What the plan includes — services or whole service categories, with a quantity per cycle (for example, one facial per cycle and two of any skincare service per cycle).
• Whether it's active.

The list shows each plan's included items, its cycle, the price, and the savings a member gets versus paying à la carte — a useful number when you're selling the plan to a client.

How billing works today

In this version, membership billing is manual: you generate each cycle's invoice when it's due rather than the card charging itself automatically. The plan, its pricing, and the credits a member draws on all work now; automatic recurring charges are on the roadmap.

A member's available credits show up on their client record under Memberships and Wallet, and they're redeemed at checkout like any other credit.

Creating and editing membership plans is limited to owners and managers.
